How much does it cost to buy everything for a puppy?
I want to buy a yorkshire terrier and I want to know how much to save to get everything it needs
I am not factoring things like food, treats, grooming, meds because that will be a separate monthly price.
I have a list of everything I can think of, can you estimate it and tell me if I forgot anything.
food and water bowl
toys
leash
bed
blanket
puppy pads
pooper scooper
poop bags
poop bag holder
clothing
storage for toys and food
collar
id tag
microchip
bell
brush
toy for teeth
vet
shots (I think most puppy shots are provided by the breeder)
Depending on the breeder I do not think they provide all the shots, just the initial shots and one de-worming treatment. You will need to finish the puppy series and one more de-worming, but call the breeder and ask!
You will also need a tooth brush and tooth paste, training classes, what ever they recommend for training equipment, doggy booster for the car, crate or kennel, bedding and cover for crate. Make sure yard is secure. License and spay/neuter appointment with vet!
