1 Tomatoes have citric and malic acid in them (edible)
#2 Yes, BUT green tomatoes are slightly TOXIC (as in cook before using Green Tomatoes)
#3 Cool (fridge should work)
#4 Seal in airtight container (if you can as little air as possible) place in fridge
#5 It can, but it has more to do with Heat and UV rays.
#6 Yes, it won’t turn out quite as good.
#7 Store separate, it will help keep fresh longer, and if freezing will keep flavor from “bleeding”
#8 They seem to help keep fruit/vegetable’s fresher long (based on experience)
#9 In general it will not taste the same as fresh tomatoes (depending on if you like cooked salsa)
#10 Yes you can refrigerate the salsa, the flavor may change a little as the juices mix (this depending on how you make it)

#13 Yes, will have different texture after the “Freeze” (and slightly different flavor depending on how long it’s been frozen)
#14 As Soon As Possible (That way you don’t have to worry about ingredients going bad), If the tomatoes are kept cool I’ve seen them last upto a month in the fridge, but other batches have gone bad in 2-3 weeks.
#15 What ever size you feel is best, I prefer 1/2 Inch to 1 cm size cuts
#16 Onions, Bell peppers, Lemon and/or Lime, Garlic, Black pepper, a little hot sauce/ hot pepper (if you like it), sometimes I add radish or cucumber to change it a bit.
