FOOD STORAGE SHELVES ROTATING

Grocery-type shelves to hold large quantities of canned goods in a food pantry?
A couple of us who are helping organize a local food pantry were trying to figure out the most efficient use of space in the basement of the building we’ll be using, specifically wondering if shelves similar to those in grocery stores might help us use our space (about 1,200 square feet of actual floor space for storage) for large quantities of canned goods and other food items, plus we’re thinking that it’d be easier to rotate items on shelves than on wooden pallets and we could stack cases of food items two-high on shelves and move them easily instead of eight or nine high on pallets and then breaking our backs trying to move and rotate items. Anyone know where to get grocery-type shelving at a decent price? Or if there’s an easier way for us to set up our storage area and get the most out of available space, I’d be grateful for any suggestions.
you can always try to good old freecycle groups, craigslist or visit your local thrift shops and make some friends with the workers at the stores you never know what those people can find!
