What kinds of food should I be buying if I want to get some food storage in my home so I don’t have to run?

the grocery store every week ? I just want things that will also last a while so that I can stay at home all day & not go any where & have things to eat while I’m just hanging out at home & I want to just eat less at Restaurants & start cooking my own food more ? What kind of food would I need so that I could get by for 2 – 3 weeks at a time.

Stocking up on groceries will work, specially for short term. But if you want food that you can store for years, I can help you. I sell Freeze Dried foods and MRE’s that have a shelf life of 5-30 years. It tastes great and doesn’t require more than boiling water to cook.
If you don’t want to run, then you need to be ready to make a stand. Buy a little at a time and build your stock that away. There are meals of beef stew, spaghetti, chicken and rice, sweet and sour pork, and many more, as well as veggies, fruits and even deserts.
I give parties or private consultations where you can taste these foods and see the emergency equipment available. I have had many very pleasantly surprised guests rave over the food’s flavor and ask for seconds.
