Help with a recently purchased a Food Fresh Vacuum-Sealed Storage system?

I recently purchased this product and loved it at first. Of course I misplaced the instruction booklet that came with it. Now I notice that there is condensation on the inside of the cover and I am getting mold on the fruits I store in there. I make sure the fruits are dry and not at all moist before I put them in there. Does anyone else have one of these and know what the trick is to fix this? I even get moisture when I only put in one type of fruit like say cherries, or nectarines.

I would suggest that you go onto the manufacturer’s web site and tell them your situation. They probably have customer service representatives who will help trouble-shoot the problems.
If not, take it back to the store/outlet where you bought it, and get your money back. Most small appliances have a year warranty on them.
