Where can I learn home canning and food storage?
I’d like to learn how to do home canning, food dehydrating, etc. in order to preserve food for storage.
I know there are a lot of “how to” videos online, but I’d like to find a way to learn in person so that there is less chance of making mistakes given the potential food safety issues.
Any suggestions on where I might be able to learn these skills?
Ask ladies at your church, PTA, club if they know anyone who would like help when canning. Learn from a pro.
