FOOD STORAGE BIRD FLU

Month old turkey in fridge?
So I just ate a turkey sandwich, the turkey was bought about a month ago, was in a pretty good sealed bag. It was stored in one of flip cheese storage things in the door.
The turkey was really slimy, it had this like light yellow film on it, and was bit more sour to to the taste than normal. However it was pretty tasty, and I had a craving for a late night sandwich snack.
I just need to know whether I’ll live or not. Or am I risking food poisoning? Or bird flu lol? Or something crazy I don’t even know about?
if you already ate it and you feel fine then you are ok…food poisoning symptoms usually start within 15-60 minutes after eating an affected food source
