Time between eating and real fat storage?
Hello I was wondering how much time there is between the moment that you eat something, and the food is actually turned into fat that your body stores.
So let’s say I eat 10 000 calories that’s more than 2 lbs of weight, how fast would my body have that amount of calories turned into bodyfat.
I was told at one time it was 3-5 days, but anything I can find of the web starts it depends on what type of food and even though you consume that amount of calories the body naturally burns some of them . so some of those calories would be turned right away and some would be a
